Obesity, is it a disease or a lifestyle condition?

Obesity is a lifestyle condition.  There are isolated incidents of birth defects which are directly responsible for weight gain.  However, 

notice that the word isolated is used.  After studying the issue of obesity for the past 30 years, we are confident in saying that 98% of the time, the condition of obesity is the result of bad eating habits, lack of physical activity, no rest, and poor nutrition.

Does someone become obese overnight?  Is obesity a desired accomplishment?  If the answers to those questions are no, then what happened?  How does someone become obese?  The possible answers to that question are, cultivated tendencies, weak will, slave to passion and taste, lack of commitment and dedication and the number one factor in our estimation is ignorance.  It does not matter where we want to go, if we do not know the way, we will never get there.

Today, we want to show you the way.  If you are obese, just a few paragraphs down, you will find a tested and proven weight loss program.  However, before we get to that point, let us consider the factors which promote obesity.  A knowledge of those factors are actually our weight control program.

Overweight & Obesity
The term overweight is used generally to characterize obese individuals.  A person can be overweight, yet not obese.  Overweight means weighing 10% over normal weight.  Obese means weighing 20 - 30% over average for age, sex and height.  A body mass index over 27.8 for men and 27.3 for females are also use to identify obesity.  The next step is to examine the factors which promotes obesity.

Causes of Obesity
There are many possible causes for obesity.  Many arguments can be presented suggesting certain specific factors.  However, the following factors, such as diet, physical inactivity, cultivated tendencies (heredity) and poor nutrition are accepted by Nutritionist, Herbalist and the Medical Association as the main causes of obesity.  Below you will find our weight loss program.

Weight Loss Program:
Chew 32 times (Masticate)
Remember, your stomach does not have teeth.  Swallow the first intake of food before adding more to it.  Properly chewed food digest faster, the body appropriate more nutrients and the benefits are transferred to the blood easier.  A bird can swallow a fish whole and a snake can swallow a rabbit whole as well and experience no problems digesting their meal.  Why?  Their digestive acids and enzymes are 1100% stronger than humans.  A lion and a alligator can swallow chunks of meat and digest it without any problems for the same reasons.  If humans want to digest their food without any problems, if humans want to prevent the storage of undigested food as fat, then it would be in our best interest to liquefy our food before swallowing. 

Be temperate
Never over eat.  Over eating is one of the leading cause of ulcers, chronic stomach pains, obesity and headaches.  Stop eating before getting full.  Never eat when you are tired, emotionally stressed or after hard labor or exercise.

Eat fruits and vegetables separate
Fruits and vegetables does not combine.  Eat fruits and vegetables when ripe and in season.  Eat fruits as a meal by itself and wait at least 2 hours before eating again.  Vegetables can be combined with dinner.

Processed, refined, fried, diary and canned 
Stay away from the following food groups listed above.  They are absolutely hazardous to the body.  They have little or no nutritional value, and the number one cause of constipation.

Eating and going to bed
Is one of the main promoter of obesity.  Eat at least four hours before going to bed.  Going to sleep right after eating retards digestion.  Many organs comes together, even the brain, to make digestion possible.  Walking helps digestion.  In addition, you will get up feeling tired because your system have been working all night trying to digest your food.

Do not eat hot or cold food
The digestive temperature is 104 degrees.  Cold drinks and food will retard digesting causing the food to rot.  Undigested food are stored in the body, promoting obesity. Very often hot food are not chewed properly.  Food are swallowed in chunks.  In addition, hot foods prevent digestion until the digestive temperature is reached.

Proper Combination
We can eat the best of foods, fresh fruits and vegetable, but if they are not combined properly they are more injurious than good.  Poor combination retards digestion as well causing weight gain.  Order proper combining information from us by calling the

Don't drink and eat
Drink 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after.  Liquid taken with food will dilute our digestive acids (hydrochloride) and enzymes (pepsin and alkaline).  This will prevent digestion completely robbing our body of almost all nutritional gain.  Soon the undigested food is past into the small intestine.  Undigested food often adds to our weight gain, leading towards obesity.

Eating between meals
The digestive process is most strenuous work the body will ever do.  The body require more energy to digest our foods than construction workers needs to build a house.  Maximize your energy by giving your body time to rest.  Some people are always tired.  One, because they eat between meals and because of poor combination.  A sluggish and tired body cannot burn fat, which results to weight gain.

Eat a salad before meal

Fresh foods have a lot of digestive enzymes.  The body excretes digestive enzymes, but food enzymes, found in fresh, uncooked foods, facilitates and promotes digestion.  Salads provide fiber which will help with elimination.  If we are constipated, we will continue to gain weight.  Consider for a second, if we keep adding food to our body but nothing is going out, what do you think is going to happen?

Calories
You can loss weight by eating fewer calories.  If we eat more calories than we burn, the excess will turn into fat.  Eating 3,500 calories above what we use will result in weight gain of 1 pound per day if we are consistent and vise versa.  Cutting back on our fat intake will aid the weight loss process.

Exercise:
Exercise activates the skin to eliminate around 30% of toxins.  Strengthens the muscles for proper elimination.  Without proper elimination we will gain weight.  Exercise tones the muscles and burns calories.  An individual weighing 190 will burn around 400 calories by running 3 miles.


Poor Nutrition:
Processed foods lose their natural nutritional value.  Supermarket items that are labeled enriched are added with synthetic nutrients to compensate for the loss of the natural values as a result of the manufacturing process.  Nutritionist and many medical researchers discovered that once the natural nutrients are removed, it cannot be replaced in the same amount and composition to produce the same nutritional effect as in it's natural state.

The life of the flesh is in the blood.  Our flesh, our organs, our bodies becomes diseased when the required nutrients are not in the blood.  Certain hormones and glands are responsible for the maintenance of a normal body weight.

Estrogen
Estrogen is responsible for breast development, round hips and the enlargement of the genital organs in a woman.  If we are using drugs that are high in estrogen, eating foods high in estrogen, or exposed to chemical or materials that mimics estrogen, those factors will increase the estrogen level in the body, which will result in weight gain.  

The hormones of cows, chickens, sheep and pigs are almost identical to those of humans and function just about the same as well.  Doctors use animal hormones to treat many problems in humans.  For example, diabetics are given insulin obtained from pigs, cows and sheep.

Bovine is a growth hormone that is given to cows, pigs and chicken to speed up the growth process.  When we consume these meats, the growth hormone has the same effect in our bodies.  9 year old girls are known to have breast as big as a grown woman.  Cutting back or eliminating meat from our diet, will cause us to loose weight.  It will surely reduce the breast and hip size in women.  The added estrogen from these animals are responsible for the weight gain in women.

Endocrine Glands:
The endocrine glands are extremely important for the maintenance of our body weight.  If our thyroid gland, pituitary gland and adrenal glands, which are responsible for our metabolic rate, if they are not functioning correctly because of poor nutrition, we will gain weight.
